For the first time, Parramatta becomes a full co-hub with the CBD, hosting 35 events across three venues — a strategic shift reflecting Greater Sydney's shifting cultural centre of gravity.

For the first time, Parramatta is a full festival hub — not just a satellite. Three venues anchor the program:
| Venue | Capacity | Key Programming | |-------|----------|-----------------| | Parramatta Riverside Theatres | 761 / 230 / 88 | Theatre, dance, family | | PHIVE | 300 / 150 | Talks, workshops, immersive | | Parramatta Square / Centenary Square | 2,000+ | Free outdoor concerts, installations |
"Parramatta isn't a satellite anymore — it's a cultural capital in its own right," said Festival Director Olivia Ansell. "35% of Greater Sydney's population lives west of Homebush. The festival needs to be where the people are."
